Maryam Khan – Founder & Manager, Karachi Champs Football Club

Maryam Khan, an ex-banker and mother of two boys, found her true calling in working with children and nurturing young talent through sports. In 2019, she founded Karachi Champs Football Club with a vision to create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment for kids to learn, grow, and excel through football.

What began as a small initiative with just 10 children has flourished under her leadership into one of Karachi’s most prominent youth football academies, now boasting several thousand players across multiple locations. Under her guidance, Karachi Champs has achieved numerous local and international tournament victories, proudly representing Pakistan on global stages such as Malaysia and Azerbaijan.

Maryam leads with vision, passion, and compassion, ensuring that Karachi Champs remains a place where families feel confident and children feel empowered. Supported by a team of 15 dedicated coaches, she continues to work tirelessly to raise the standard of grassroots football in Karachi and inspire the next generation of athletes.

Her dynamic leadership and unwavering commitment have made Maryam Khan not just a sports administrator, but a true changemaker in youth development and community sports in Pakistan.
